MacEffects is proud to offer the very first modern mechanical keyboard for the Apple IIc. Each keyboard is microprocessor controlled and features many backlighting options customizable from key commands or control panel software. These keyboard feature Matias ALPS style mechanical (tactile/clicky) switches. They also make a great replacement for earlier Apple IIc computers that shipped with a ‘hairpin spring’ mechanism they are very unreliable. They additionally feature multi-colored disk drive activity light to differentiate between read and write cycles.
