How quickly will my order ship?
We strive to ship at a minimum of 2 days a week, with few exceptions (holidays, travel advisory, etc). Tracking details are sent via email once generated but may take a couple days for fulfillment.

Shipping Carrier Selection & Substitutes – International Buyers
Given the current international trade situation and logistical issues with USPS (delays and lost packages), MacEffects may, at its own discretion, change from the buyer selected shipping carrier. MacEffects may only upgrade to a faster published service and with no additional charge. This ensures international packages arrive timely. This substitution may only occur if the additional cost is economical.
If you select USPS for international shipping and this service is used - please note that you must allow up to 60 days for receipt of goods. If any goods fail to arrive within this window, you may contact MacEffects for replacement or refund. We strongly recommend UPS for international order.

Do you ship to my country and how much will postage cost?
We ship to nearly every country not prohibited by U.S. law or export/import restriction. For detailed pricing and carrier selection, please place the desired items in your cart and attempt to checkout. You will see your respective freight costs and carrier options. Please note: our freight costs do not include VAT or other fees your destination country may charge. You will be responsible to pay for your country's fees and taxes. Failure to provide payment for fees and taxes or not picking up the package will result in the package being abandoned or returned at MacEffects expense and no refunds or replacements can be provided.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before a shipping label is created or within the first 48 hours of placing the order, whichever is earlier. Please Contact Us to cancel your order, be sure to include your order number in the message. If there is an error with the shipping address, you can use the link in the email to change shipping address. If this option is unavailable, you may cancel the order and place a new order with the correct address.

How do I track my order?
When you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. Once a shipping label is created you should also email should contain a link for tracking as well as an order tracking page link via Shop.
Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy with a 25% restocking fee for returns within the 14 days. We do not offer returns after 14 days. No portion of freight is refunded. The restocking fee does not apply to defect products that are refunded or exchanged. To initiate a return please Contact Us and provide your order number.
