The LisaFPGA Twiggy Breakout board allows you to connect a set of Twiggy floppy drives to your LisaFPGA board. Note that you need a LisaFPGA board in order for this to be useful! You can get one of those: Here
If you're not planning on using Twiggy drives with your LisaFPGA board, then you don't need one of these!
